I can't really "add" such references. Those identifiers are fixed by the
dialog IDs you see in the resource file.

For example:
The dialog ID for the shell property dialog is IDD_PROPPAGE
(src/TortoiseShell/resource.rc, line 87). So the help ID becomes
HIDD_PROPPAGE.

So:
shell property page: HIDD_PROPPAGE
property page in tproc: HIDD_EDITPROPERTIES
property edit page in tproc: HIDD_EDITPROPERTYVALUE
