hang for apache 2.0.58 and not compatible .so for apache 2.2.2

Hello
   
  1)
  When I try to install SSL on apache 2.0.58 as describe in the documentation "3.1.6. Securing the server with SSL", my computer hang after this line
  C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2>bin\openssl req -config bin\openssl.cnf -new -out my-server.csr
Loading 'screen' into random state -
  (this hang for ever)
   
  What should I do? (this was working with apache 1.3, but I can't make it work with 2.058)
   
  2)
  When I try to install apache 2.2.2 as describe in the documentation "3.1.3. Installing Subversion", says the mod_dav.so is not an apache .so (I try several time)
