If you don't like the shell integration, you should use another client.
And no: TSVN does *not* put its menu entries as the first items. It puts
them exactly where the shell asks it to.
If you see it as the first item, then either you're not using the
windows explorer or your setup is somehow screwed up.

Now, that's absolutely *not possible*. Or at least not with the windows
explorer. As I said, TSVN puts the entries where the shell asks it to,
not just any place it likes.

An uninstaller in the start menu folder is against the MS
recommendations. That's why we don't do that.
