There's a bug in hhc with chinese and japanese chars and the index.
Don't have the link ready right now, but you can use Google if you want
to find it.

The strange thing is that it works fine on my laptop, but it crashes on
the nightly build machine. Which of course means that the nightlies
won't get uploaded (and if they do, the english chm file is corrupt).
