RE: Nightly stuck on rev 6446.

Hi Steve,

No crashes on both my PCs, only warnings because of hhcs non-zero exit
status. We are catching hhc errors in this section:

        verbose="false"/>

HHC returns non-zero, since there are always warnings because of "aliases
... non-existing files"

Two minor issues:
CHM: The right hand side output looks perfect to me in all languages, only
the chinese and japanese index is broken, content and search tabs look fine.
I don't know if anything can be done about this.

PDF: The headings in the Chinese pdf don't have the proper fonts (only ###
characters)

apart from that the doc creation seems to work fine.
