I doubt that. The debugger doesn't catch keystrokes if another app has
the focus.

Deinstalled TCVS and tried again. This time, TSVN crashed. That means,
not only TSVN will crash but also TCVS (and maybe other shell extensions
too).

I'll report back after investigating a little bit more...
