You don't have to remember that start >= end, TSVN will automatically
switch the two selected revisions for you. So the "HEAD" radiobutton
still makes sense (not so much as for other dialogs, but still).
The reason that button is there it mainly because I like to keep the UI
consistent - and everywhere else you can enter a revision, the HEAD
button is there too.
