Your previous emails did appear in the list, including the ones with
links to images. I see a total of 3 messages besides this one, but no
one responded to the first 2. I believe they didn't show up in the
archive online because of recent problems with some Xarchive email
header flag.

Someone already responded with what I thought sounded like a fair
suggestion to one of your emails. They proposed you instead write an
app that uses your TFS system to generate a commit message template,
which would then launch the TSVN commit dialog specifying on the
command line that template.
