Binary properties

Hi all!

Stefan: Nice addition with the binary properties-support in the nightlies!

Comments running build 6418:

- I guess the "Save..."-button should be disabled when no property is selected.

- Would it be possible to make a change in properties trigger a status-icon update? At least on my system the status icon does not change when I for example add a new property on a file until I press F5.

- I think that the properties dialogs reached via Right click->"Properties"->"Subversion" and Right click->"Tortoise SVN"->"Properties" should be merged. It's confusing to have two different dialogs doing the same thing, but in a slightly different way. (Not to mention the double work to keep 'em up to date...)
The best way to do this would be if the content of the "stand alone" properties dialog could be used in place of the "Properties"-area of the Explorer-Properties dialog. (Ehrm... Hope this is understandable.)
If this is not easily achievable I would suggest removing the "Properties" section from the Explorer-Properties dialog and replace it with a button that opens the "stand alone" properties dialog. (Akin to the "Show log" button there.) I do would prefer if the list could stay. It gives such a nice overview... (And brings a minimum change to present GUI.)

- Nitpick: The "Value" column of the properties-list in the stand alone dialog could be stretched to fill all the space available.
