Just received confirmation from tigris.org that they indeed changed that
to an empty password for the guest account. Website is updated.

They will also publish a news item about this on the tigris.org website.

The Subversion repository has some problems since they moved it to a new
server. I too see sometimes that the whole repo is down.
Just try again - it didn't work an hour ago, but now it seems fine.
