The Subversion repo seems to be down right now. I remember someone on
the Subversion list mentioning something about an upgrade - maybe
they're currently doing that and that's why it is down. Just wait a while.

To build the language packs, the ResText.exe utility has to be executed.
That utility uses the windows resource API's to extract and insert
resources into the language dll's. But unfortunately, on win32 systems,
those API's can't handle x64 resources and vice-versa.
And I haven't tested if I could build the installer. I know I can build
the binaries (exe and dll's) for x64 with the cross compiler of VS2005.
But that's all.

I think waiting until someone with an x64 system steps up and provides
e.g. nightly x64 builds (and of course also the release builds) isn't
that bad. There are plenty of people who already use an x64 system.
