I experience this too.
Wouldn't call it "a lot", but it definitely happens more often than
not when I perform operations on many files.

While you are addressing the same people with this feature request as
with the bug report above, you are likely to confuse people when you
mix multiple separate problems in one e-mail.

Also some people like to filter messages based on threads, perhaps
they'd like to fx. follow your bug report, but don't care about your
feature request. That's part of what makes mailing lists great, that
you can follow threads you care about and disregard the rest.

So, start a new thread for the RFE, please :-).
