Well, I tried.
I've set the locale to Korean with SetThreadLocale(). Then I tried to
fix it. Obviously, it didn't work. So I'm giving up. Because changing
code without knowing if it really fixes something, wait until you can
test it, change it again, and again, and again - no, I won't do that.

Fortunately, this project is open source, so anyone with this problem
can step up and help fix it.
