[TSVN] BugReporting. The TMERGE has the problem in unicode or eol-style.(?)

Hi all.
Thanks for TSVN.

I tested "Create patch"/"Apply patch" in TSVN-1.4.0-r6222.

I attached two files.

One is the original file created from "Create patch" command.
But it is not worked in "Apply patch".
The error message is
"The chunk size did not match the number of added/removed lines!"

After I convert the original file to the "ok(converted).patch".
it is worked in "Apply patch".

I don't know why.
but I think that this problem is about eol-style or unicode.
