[TSVN] "Blame Difference" is not complete.

Hi all.
I tested it TSVN-1.4.0-r6110.
If I use TMERGE as "diff program", "Blame Difference" is ok.
But I use "gvim" as "diff program".
"Blame Difference" provides third parameter, "blame", to gvim.
