There are no nightlys in http://mapcar.org/tsvn-snapshots/1.3.x/ at the
moment. ;-)

In the meantime, can you please tell me, if something is wrong with the
patch or with Tortoise while applying it?

The fact that Gnu Patch is also complaining at the same line (although it
reports the line number wrong), suggests that the patch has a problem. In
that case, maybe we should try to create the patch with svn.exe?
