Ignoring inline and ending whitespace but considering leading whitespace makes
sense in python.

python is special in this respect.

Let's leave it as it is and maybe change it for TSVN 1.4.x when we link to
subversion 1.4.x. According to Stefan Subversion will then support three
options of ignoring whitespace.
