Yes, but we both have noticed that the overlays were also sometimes missing
in standard file dialogs. It is possible that James has found a reproduction
recipe. It didn't look like a crawling delay to me, because the icons were
still missing after several retries with a standard file save dialog.
Maybe some initialisation sequence. If the folder was already shown in
explorer everything is fine. If the folder is shown in a file dialog for the
first time, the icons aren't there. Just a theory.
