[TSVN]: Right click menu in Check for modifications

Hi Stefan

I've been caught a couple of times trying to commit stuff from the Check
for modifications dialog without first selecting a file or two.
Is it possible to make the menu content a bit more data sensitive, such
that the menu operations are inhibited when nothing is selected to
operate upon?
