And everyone gets a humongous silly disclaimer on the bottom of their e-mails twice the size of the real content of the mail...

Some would find that frustrating, others comforting. There are different views in the world on how much a employee is to be trusted, and I'm not the one to judge which one is right.
 
I would suggest we just keep the philosophical chatter of the list and everyone goes back to work where they feel that they belong and get the amount of freedom and/or support that fit them.
 
Everyone's different, remember?
