Out in the real world, IT departments use security policies on PCs to
protect their investment and assets. Fixing someone's PC because they
installed or uninstalled something nasty costs time and money. Removing
administrator privileges is one method of minimizing downtime,
maintaining security and there fore maximizing uptime.
