Out of interest, why on earth WOULDN'T a software developer installing
TSVN have admin rights for their own machine?! They're not nuclear
missile launch codes - just admin rights on a computer. I'd quit my job
if I was forced to work without admin rights on my own computer.

Surely the bug is that you don't have admin rights on your machine - not
that there is a problem with TSVN. :)

Perhaps I've missed something....
