Disabled Set button in properties windows 1.4 build 5844

Found a small glitch in my beloved tool.
Recipe:

- Checkout some files
- Right click in explorer, go to properties of wc-folder
- Go to subversion register, select svn:needs-lock, enter a * as value
- Press Set button ->
   1. Error message stating that I need to use "recursive" checkbox
   2. Additionally after 1 or 2 seconds a progress dialog "Setting
properties" pops up, which hides the error message.
- Set button gets disabled, checking "recursive" the Set button is still
disabled. Modify the property text and it gets enabled (even if I don't
select "recursive").

I would expect the Set button to get enabled after I select "recursive".
Also it would be nice if the progress doesn't popo up in case of an
error message.
