Feature suggestion

Hello *,

It would be probably very helpful, if the TSVNCache process would exclude
some Special Windows Folders from his activities.

- the Recycle BIN folders
- the IE Browser Cache folders
- the Recent Files folders
- the History folders

For example, if one's wastebasket is somewhat filled, there is a lot of
activity therein, which has the tendency to generally slow down the machine.
Just have a look at the Sysinternals' Filemon log.

Another idea would be, if folders can be excluded manually by the user. For
example, if I never intend to check out something into
C:\Privacy\Family\Pictures, then I can tell TortoiseSVN not to waste his
time with that folder and simply ignore it.

What do you think?
