Issue with Create Patch / Apply Patch

From: Cedric Motte <Cedric.Motte_at_reuters.com>

Hello,

I'm using the version 1.3.1.5521-svn-1.3.0 of TortoiseSVN.

When I play this scenario:

1) Check out a file in a folder "tmp"

2) Change the file

3) Create a diff file with "Create a patch"

4) Remove the folder "tmp"

5) Create a folder somewhere else with a different name

6) Check out again the same file

7) Apply the patch with "Apply patch"

I get this:

And this:

So basically, in a contribution context, where people don't work with
the same folders, it's not possible to apply a patch done one someone's
machine.

A bug was already fixed in this version on the same subject: (this comes
from the change log) BUG: 'Create Patch' used the wrong root path.

With the version 1.2.6.4786-svn-1.2.3, it works fine. My opinion is it
comes from the path saved in the diff file.

Please let me know if I missed something.

Thanks.

Cedric
