Revision Graph Nightly Build 5730

After some toying around with the RevGraph TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 5730 - 32 Bit -dev I have found some issues:

Possible bugs:
- (As reported allready) scrolling the graph with arrow keys won't work any more.

- Once one has clicked the the zoom-pulldown to enter a value you're stuck. There is no way (that I have found) to remove focus from that control. That means that all key-combinations stop working. Expected behaviour: Clicking anywhere else (especially anywhere on the graph itself) should remove focus from the zoom control.

- Scrolling the graph with the mouse scrollwheel won't work. Maybe related to key-scrolling not working or simply not implemented?

- The revgraph window has no icon. Visible in the top-left corner of the window and when pressing ALT-TAB. (Taskbar has icon, strange enough.)

Thoughts and requests:
- Tooltip should be displayed för a *much* longer time. Preferably close to indefinetly. Commit log messges are sometimes lengthy, and I would like at least a minute or two to read (and reflect over) some of them.

- The Tooltip could include revision. This would be very useful when the graph is zoomed out so much that it becomes difficult (or implossible) to read the revision from the graph directly.

- It would be very useful with column labels showing the "name" of the column at the top when using the "Arranged by path" option. This would make the graph clearer and much easier to navigate if it's big.

- Tooltips would be nice for the toolbar buttons.

Cosmetic stuff:
- Some icons (delete) are still low-res... (The new highres ones are gorgeous!)

- I think there should be a distinct icon for "added" as well.

Over all: Great work! Each new nightly I'm trying out is bringing so much more in functionality and usability to the RevGraph! Absolutely great!
