[TSVN] Show Log is generating exception (r5701)

Hi Stefan
TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 5701 - 32 Bit -dev
Subversion 1.3.0,
On Win2K dual core box.
Just noticed then right click on a WC folder and click Show Log is
giving an exception.
The WC is up to date with no outstanding modifications and has been
"Cleaned" for good measure.
Had no trouble earlier today with r5690.
