Hi Will,

the patch worked for me. I would like to make the 1.0.4 binaries
(compiled with VC6) available to the community for further testing. But
i do not know where to upload. Would it be ok to post it in the mailing
list (only 24k)?

@Stefan: did you evaluate the patch in the meantime? What are your
experiences?
