As you already notice, we once had the 'TortoiseSVN:' on each dialog
title. Then people complained that this would make the dialog title too
wide so they can't see the other info right to 'TortoiseSVN:' (e.g.
update, commit, filenames it's working on, ...).
And since there's already the TSVN icon in the dialog title, that should
be enough to distinguish the windows you have in the taskbar.
