Next time, just hit Ctrl-C to copy the text of the error message box to
the clipboard, then paste it into the mail. There's no need to send a
whole screenshot just for that! Also, if you send screenshots, don't
create the screenshot of the whole screen but only of the active window.

That said:
A timeout is a network problem. It has nothing to do with TSVN at all.
So either your connection to the repository is unstable, you have a
firewall which rejects certain http commands (like REPORT), your server
isn't responding or broken, ...
