Issue - recursive delete no longer possible in 1.3.1 build 5521

Hi all,

Since upgrading to v1.3.1 build 5521, I have noticed that it refuses to
allow commits where directories underneath the point where I am
committing to have been deleted - if they are I have to commit these
deletions at the lowest level before committing the top level.

This has reduced the efficiency of Tortoise significantly - no longer
can I just commit ONCE at the top level, instead I have to commit
multiple times - this completely breaks the concept of the change-set,
as my work is now spread over several commits....

Any thoughts?

Regards
Barry Pearce
