version incompatibility? TSVN-1.3.0.5416 and subverison-1.2.3 + apache-2.0.55

Hi all.

I just started seeing some errors in apache error_log and couldn't figure
what they were...

[Tue Jan 24 17:33:41 2006] [error] [client 10.1.5.100] Provider encountered
an error while streaming a REPORT response. [500, #0]
[Tue Jan 24 17:33:41 2006] [error] [client 10.1.5.100] A failure occurred
while driving the update report editor [500, #104]
[Tue Jan 24 17:33:41 2006] [error] [client 10.1.5.100] Error writing base64
data: Connection reset by peer [500, #104]

Any way to "turn more debugging on" at the server?

On the client side this shows as a long pause when checking out.

Some users have upgraded their TSVN to 1.3.0.5416 and this seems to have
triggered the problem...

Hmm, investigating furtherer, it might have been triggered by an upgrade in
apache (2.0.54 to 2.0.55).

Just upgraded subversion to 1.3.0 on the server, but didn't resolve the
problems.

What exactly does neon do and may it be the culprit?

The new TSVN uses neon/0.25.4 and on the server I have neon-0.24.7

Kalin.
