Sorry for the delay.. it's happening on my home PC now too. How do I sent a
crash report? I expected a dialog, but the only one is a standards 'Send to
Microsoft' dialog.

Steps to reproduce (crash usually occurs at least once after a reboot, then
stops happening):

Open the Blame dialog on a file.
Make sure 'use text viewer' is turned off.
Select 'HEAD revision' and press OK
Move your mouse over to the menu items on the Blame window (no click is
required). An exception is raised. Blame closes down.
