TortoiseMerge browse dialog feature request

Hi,

I have a little feature request for TortoiseMerge. If I manually enter a
(valid) path in the Base file/Their file/My file textbox of the open
dialog I would expect that when I press the corresponding Browse button
the resulting browse dialog will open showing that path. Currently it
opens at the last location used.

So if I enter "C:\Workspace" or "C:\Workspace\test.txt" the browse
dialog would open in "C:\Workspace".

KDiff3 also uses this approach and I like it very much.
