I guess you're using a BDB repository? In that case, I suggest you
dump it and reload your data into an FSFS repository. BDB in TSVN1.3.0
isn't compatible anymore with previous versions or the CL client.

I'm still trying to find a way to make it compatible again, but if I
don't succeed, I'll remove BDB support from TSVN.
