I've tried that define yesterday (rebuilt the bdb dll with it).
But that didn't help much. Obviously, I need to do more to get it
working again. Maybe the whole Subversion lib needs to be rebuilt with
that define set (maybe even apr-util or plain everything). I'll try
again this evening...

They will as soon as someone builds Subversion with
VCExpress/VS.NET2005 (or simply the compiler which comes with those).
