ISA server NTLM auth still not working in 1.3.0?

Hi,

I just noticed that SVN 1.3.0 is finally able to pass our proxy server
at work (Microsoft ISA server). So I guess they've fixed the NTLM
authentication support (used the newer Neon libraries).

But unfortunately TSVN 1.3.0 still isn't able to do so. I get the same
errors as before (a PROPFIND error that contains a warning message from
the proxy server that authentication failed). Is there a difference in
the networking code between SVN 1.3.0 and TSVN 1.3.0?

Greetings,

Leon Zandman
