Problems with BDB file access

Hi,

It's only been a day since 1.3.0 was released, and I've already received
a ton of crashreports. First I was wondering why, because with all the
RC releases and you guys testing all the time, this should have come up
much earlier. But it seems we all use the FSFS repo format and not the
BDB format for our tests.

So now, as it seems, the new version of TSVN has problems accessing a
BDB repository created with an earlier version. I can't even access a
BDB repo with an 1.2.x Subversion client anymore if I create it with
TSVN 1.3.0, and vice-versa!

I don't know how to solve this issue - anyone with an idea?

Stefan
