For versions < 1.3.0RCx, you can install TSVN without being an ADMIN
without much problems. The only rights the user must have is to write
to the HKLM part of the registry (otherwise the shell extension isn't
allowed to load - every shell extension must be 'approved' by registry
keys in HKLM).

For versions >= 1.3.0RCx, you must have Admin rights to install TSVN.
Or, you can install MFC80 and CRT80 as an Admin. Then you can install
TSVN as a normal user (the installer checks if those are already
installed, and lets you install TSVN as a non-Admin in that case).
But to install MFC80 and CRT80, you must be an Admin, sorry.
