tsvncache and samba

Hi,

i notice a strange behaviour with TortoiseSVN-1.3.0.5377-RC
<http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/tortoisesvn/TortoiseSVN-1.3.0.5377-RC2-src.zip?download>
and our samba server.

Details:
We have a gentoo linux server running with samba enabled.
I mapped my samba home share as a network drive within windows xp.
On the samba share i have a svn checkout managed with tortoise.

Now when i just wait ~30min and take a look at my samba process on the
linux server it is consuming ~100MB RAM and slowing down the complete
system .
When i now just disable my windows network connection - TSVNCache crashes.

Cheers,
Grischa
