Stupid me. I thought I found a quick fix for the neon bug, but didn't
see there's yet another change I have to make for it to work.

I'm currently rebuilding the 1.3.x nightly build. It will be up soon.
(just noticed, the build failed because the regular nightly build
interfered with it! So I'll start the build again as soon as the regular
trunk nightly build is finished).

Since the 1.3.x build is now removed from the server, you'll know
yourself if the new build is up.

Please test this build again. I really hope this will fix the issues
with SSPI.

Jody, can you also test the next 1.3.x nightly build again? Especially
within your domain, but first clear the auth cache.

It's now past midnight here, so I sign off until tomorrow...

Stefan
