In my experience, most users (especially those asking such questions on
the mailing list because they don't read FAQs or docs) don't read
changelogs, or readmes at the end of installations.

A good way would be to create a shortcut to the 32-bit explorer on the
desktop if TSVN is installed on a x64 system, labeling that shortcut
"TortoiseSVN shell" or something like that.
But, that would require some tweaking to the wix build script, and I
don't know how to do it.
