I know the problem. I've discovered it about two days ago and have been
trying to find the reason for it since then. Unfortunately, the bug is
either in neon or Subversion, not in TSVN. So I'm on unfamiliar
territory here.

I've sent a mail to the Subversion dev list. Let's hope those guys know
more about how to fix this problem.
