1.3-ß-RC1: Repo-browser with revision number does not list deleted folders

Recipe:
* Open repo browser and point it to
  http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/branches/

* Click on the Revision button and select revision 13309

* Expand the brqanches folder (click on the [+]=. Notice the branch
named wc-replacements.

* Try to expand the wc-replacements branch. You get
  Error * REPORT request failed on
'http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/branches/wc-replacements''
http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/branches/wc-replacements' path not found

On the command line (using 1.2.0),
svn ls -r 13309 http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/branches/wc-replacements@13309
works and lists the folder contents.

Missing a peg or revision parameter somewhere?
