[TSVN] feature request. Auto scroll in repo browser.

Hi all...

This is new features like the Windows Explorer's tree control.
When I copy/move the directory in RepoBrowser.

1. AutoScroll in repo browser.
When I drag a directory to a top/bottom in RepoBrowser , RepoBrowser scrolls down/up a tree automatically.

2. AutoExpend in repo browser.
When I drag a directory to a '+' marker of tree control in RepoBrowser, RepoBrowser expands it automatically.
