[TSVN] TSVNCache unresponsive again.

Hi Stefan

After all the great effort in getting rid of multiple crawling, the
Status Icons are back to being very unresponsive again.
The change from being very good to very ordinary may have occurred
anywhere since early Dec, I haven't been committing code since then to
notice until today.

Win XP, r5158
Simultaneously committed multiple changed files in nested folders.
One folder icon changed OK.
Two did not
F5, One folder and both local file's status icons flipped OK
One folder had to be explored into and out to get folder icon to show
correct status.
