Alternate Diff Tool

I have a diff tool that I like to use so I can edit files during a diff.
This program takes a few seconds longer to load than TMerge, tho. I was
wondering if there'd be any interest in having a modifier key to be
pressed to execute an alternate diff utility. I think WinCVS has an
option to press Ctrl when executing a diff. When you hold Ctrl, the
custom tool will run; otherwise, the built-in will run. I would love an
option like this to allow me to quickly run diffs, but still execute my
larger diff utility, when necessary.
