Thanks for that. Helped a lot.
While struggling with all those patches, I realized that it's just too
much work to get all this (including the patching) into a build script.
So I think we just just include the precompiled libraries in our
sourcetree. We already do that for e.g. the berkeley db's, so why not
for apr/Subversion/... too? This would also improve the build time a lot.

So I'll change the whole build system accordingly. But first without x64
support - I hope you can take care of that later or help me to do it.
