The issue really shows up with links using tsvn:. When clicking on a
tsvn: link, the checkout dialog comes up with nothing in the checkout
directory text box. When there's lots of links such as there is on a
page describing different parts of a large repository, it gets annoying
to have to fill in the checkout directory every time. It would get
tweaked slightly before checkout so that the new checkout is not going
to be on top of an existing working copy, but at least there's a point
of reference to get started.
