BUG: TortoiseSVN 1.2.6 - Paths with whitespaces

From: Chris <CrazyWebChris_at_web.de>

Hello dev-team,

i have currently set up a svn-server (version 1.2.3 r15833) on a Suse Linux
10.0 system and use TortoiseSVN (version 1.2.6, Build 4786 - 32 Bit) on my
Windows XP Service Pack 2 computer to access the repositories. As long as I
use repositories without whitespaces in their names all works fine. But I
cannot access a repository with whitespaces like "svn://my.ip.com/My
Repository" for example. I get the following error-message (notice the
escaped whitespace as %20) in the repository-browser:

Error * No repository found in 'svn://my.ip.com/My%20Repository'

I created it on the linux system with following command: "svnserve create
"/path/to/repository/My Repository"
As long as I don't use any whitespaces all works fine.

Greetings,
Chris
